WE DELIVER WORLDWIDE FROM THE UK.
All UK orders under £99.00 (before VAT) are subject to a £4.99 delivery charge.
ASAP SERVICE:
We offer an ASAP service on many of the regular items. Our ASAP service means you will regulary be personally updated by a real human (via email and your online Account) from the moment your order is picked up, through to arrival at your door and any after care support thereafter.
Your ASAP order will be prioritised from the moment placed, for priority attention. This will take the form of expedited processing, packing and dispatch. Delivery would ordinarily be around 3 to 5 working days depending on stocks and conditions. We are unable to offer next day deliveries at this time.
FREE STANDARD SERVICE:
The free standard service delivery will take on average between 5 and 10 working days and is available on all orders over £99.00.
KEY DELIVERY POINTS:
Free standard delivery is available on all orders over £99.00, and you will be contacted with bespoke delivery time and tracking info.
In stock items are those that are post manufacture and are held either in the UK or at the mill in France.
Out of stock items are those currently in manufacture.
We will liaise closely with you on items in manufacture, paper cutting orders, paper heavier than 100gsm and all international deliveries.
Please allow around 10 to 20 working days for all international deliveries, charges displayed related to weight per country at Checkout.
SPECIAL NOTE:
Envelopes and paper weight upwards of 120gsm are generally in stock at the Mill in France.
Some of the more exclusive items such as Bamboo, Iridescent and Connoisseur are generally in stock at the Mill in France
Importing from the Mill in France generally takes 5 to 10 days, dependant upon evolving French border services.
We are based outside of the EU, and as such, some countries customs services may delay deliveries still further.
SAMPLES:
Delivery of samples orders is with Royal Mail standard untracked services and should take around 5 to 10 working days. These are subject to a £4.99 handling fee.

RETURNS:
Full refunds are offered on any unwanted items and any items you may have ordered in error. You simply need to send your unwanted items back to us at the below address within 10 days of receipt. You are responsible for method and costs of return, we recommend a reputable carrier with tracking. For further details please refer to our Terms and Conditions of sale.
